7 Ladies ventured out in bright sunlight and really cold conditions to play a Par event. Megan Taylor was the winner coming home square with the card. Rosie Laughlin was -1. Chino’s NTP went to Jan Harry
Thursday R & R Stableford 30 July 2026
23 members and guests played today. The course is in great condition, and it is drying out. Volunteers are continuing with course maintenance in preparation for the fast-approaching Spring. The winner on the day was Graham Wyte with 41 points (brand new set of irons worked well), Ball Pool went to Scott Harry 34, Arron Lancaster, Casey Gillen and Tony Laughlin 33, Allan Free 32. NTP’s went to John Pay 3rd, Wayne O’Neill 5th, Kervin Chase 9th, Casey Gillen 13th and Blake Shay 16th.
Saturday Monthly Medal Stroke 1 August 2026
40 members and guests played Stroke for the Monthly Medal. The winner for the Ladies was Jean Youl with 84-19=65. For the Men it was Scott Harry with 83-13=70. Ball Pool went to Jill Marshall 109-38=71, Andrew Spitty 67+4=71, Stephen Phillips 92-19=73, Brendan Shields 82-18=74, Graham Wyte 89-15=74, Jack Hewitt 87-12=75, Kevin Lane 89-14=75, Peter Jones 97-21=76. The Pen Award went to William Warner, visitor to the Coastal and Recreation Club.
NTP’s went to Andrew Spitty 3rd & 13th, Chris Manners 5th, Karyl Hewitt 9th, Kevin Lane 16th.
